COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 (NO 29 OF 2006) - REG 2726

If a person challenges the accuracy of an account, the person must serve a notice on the accounting party that—

    (a)     states the errors or omissions claimed; and

    (b)     gives brief details of them.
