COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 (NO 29 OF 2006) - REG 5300

    (1)     In this part, the court is the Supreme Court otherwise than when it is the Court of Appeal.

    (2)     Also, the "court" includes the master, except in relation to interlocutory judgments of the master.

    (3)     However, the "court" does not include—

    (a)     a Full Court of the Supreme Court exercising appellate jurisdiction; or

    (b)     the registrar.
