COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 (NO 29 OF 2006) - REG 5310

    (1)     This division applies if a person wants to appeal to the Court of Appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the court constituted by a single judge.

Note     Pt 5.2 deals with appeals from interlocutory judgments of the master and appeals from all orders of the registrar of the Supreme Court.

    (2)     The person must make an application for leave to appeal under this division.
