COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 (NO 29 OF 2006) - REG 6303

    (1)     The registrar of the Supreme Court must keep the following seals:

    (a)     the seal of the Court of Appeal;

    (b)     the seal of the Supreme Court.

    (2)     The registrar of the Magistrates Court must keep the following seals:

    (a)     the seal of the Magistrates Court;

    (b)     the seal of the Coroner's Court;

    (c)     the seal of the Childrens Court;

    (d)     the seal of the Small Claims Court.
