DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) REGULATION 2010 (NO 12 OF 2010) - REG 238

Offence—fail to comply with notice

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is given a notice under section 237; and

        (b)     fails to comply with the notice within 14 days after the day when the notice is given to the person.

Maximum penalty: 15 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
