LIQUOR REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT)


EXPLANATORY STATEMENT


No. 20 of 1986

The Liquor Regulations (Amendment) amends the Liquor Regulations by omitting references to Section 96 of the Liquor Ordinance 1975, which dealt with the fees for the issue of a liquor licence and has been repealed by the Liquor (Amendment) Ordinance 1986, and adding a reference to s. 105A of the Liquor Ordinance 1975, which allows the Minister to determine fees for the purposes of the Ordinance by notice in the Gazette.
