Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Board member may resign the member's appointment or election by giving the responsible entity for the Board member a written resignation.
(2) The Board member must also give a copy of the written resignation to the Board (except for a Board member referred to in paragraph 65EA(d)).
(3) The resignation takes effect on the day it is received by
the responsible entity or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on
that later day.
