CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT 1995 - SECT 13L
When goods are Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) originating goods
For the purposes of this Act, goods are RCEP originating goods
if, and only if, they are RCEP originating goods under Division 1N of
Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
