Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a registered provider makes an application under section 10D, the ESOS agency for the provider may renew the provider's registration to provide a course or courses at a location or locations if the provider meets the registration requirements.
(2) The ESOS agency for the registered provider must use a risk management approach when considering whether to renew the registration of the provider.
