Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may inspect a document or copy produced in compliance with a notice given under section 45 or 46 and may make and retain copies of such a document.
(2) The Secretary may retain possession of a copy of a document produced in compliance with a notice given under section 45 or 46.
