(2) This Division also has the effect it would have if a reference to a significant offshore petroleum incident were expressly confined to a significant offshore petroleum incident that has occurred in a title area, where the registered holder of the title is a constitutional corporation.
(3) This Division also has the effect it would have if a
reference to a significant offshore petroleum incident were expressly confined
to a significant offshore petroleum incident that has caused, or that might
cause, an escape of petroleum, where the escaped petroleum migrates, or is
likely to migrate, to land or waters within the limits of a Territory.
