Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Jurisdiction is conferred on the courts that have jurisdiction in the Northern Territory in all matters arising out of the applied laws.
(2) Jurisdiction is conferred under subsection (1) within the limits of the jurisdiction of the court (whether those limits are limits as to subject matter or otherwise).
