Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf a person has obtained information in accordance with subsection 7 (2) or 8 (2) , the person must not disclose the information in a way that allows individual responses to be identified , except :
(a) in accordance with section 9 ; or
(b) in the course of perfo rming a function under the Act or this instrument ; or
(c ) where the person who provided the information has given their consent to the disclosure of the information.
