Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) CASA may approve a significant change for an Australian air transport operator only if satisfied that the requirements mentioned in section 28 of the Act and subregulation 119.070(1) will continue to be met.
(2) If CASA approves the significant change, CASA is taken to have also approved the changes to the operator's exposition covered by the application for the change.
