CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 137.275

  (1)   The pilot must not fly more than:

  (a)   1   200 hours in 365 consecutive days; or

  (b)   170 hours in 28 consecutive days.

Penalty:   25 penalty units.

  (2)   A contravention of subregulation   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
