CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 175.010

    This Part does not apply to the following:

  (a)   a person who is providing an AIS in the course of his or her duties for the Defence Force;

  (b)   an AIS provided by the Defence Force.
