    This Subpart provides for the following:

  (a)   the persons required to have a DAMP;

  (b)   the matters required to be included in a DAMP;

  (c)   the implementation of a DAMP;

  (d)   requirements associated with a DAMP;

  (e)   offences relating to a DAMP.
