Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For paragraph 28(1)(g) of the Act, the holder of an approval under section 27 of the Act must give to the Minister, within 30 days after the end of each financial year, a report in relation to the approval holder's compliance, during that year, with:
(a) the approval conditions under the Act and this regulation; and
(b) the provisions of the Act and this regulation.
(2) The report must be made in the form approved for this
section by the Secretary.
