Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 71(7) of the Act, seized goods, technology, or things must be stored securely at a place approved, in writing, by the Minister for that purpose.
(2) In approving a place for the storage of a kind of goods, technology or thing, the Minister must have regard to:
(a) the nature of goods, technology or things of that kind; and
(b) the suitability of that place for storing securely goods, technology or things of that kind; and
(c) the need to preserve the conditions and value of the goods,
technology or thing as far as is practicable.
