PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 98

98. Before section 87K of the Principal Act the following section is inserted
in Division 3 of Part IV: Interpretation

''87KAA. In this Division, 'Re-appointment Review Committee' means a
Re-appointment Review Committee established in accordance with Subdivision E
of Division 2 of Part II of the Merit Protection (Australian Government 
Employees) Act 1984 .''.
