TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 - SECT 4KC

Contraventions of the Australian Consumer Law

                   Conduct is not taken, for the purposes of this Act, to contravene the Australian Consumer Law merely because of subsection 2(1) of the Australian Consumer Law.
