Bail condition can impose accompaniment requirements
28A Bail condition can impose accompaniment requirements
(1) A bail condition imposed by a court or authorised justice on the grant of
bail can require that the accused person, when released on bail, be released
into the care or company of another specified person or class of persons.
(2)
A requirement of a kind referred to in subsection (1) is an
"accompaniment requirement" .
