CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS (CARE AND PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 109D

109D Time for service of subpoenas

(1) A subpoena must be served within a reasonable time and at least 5 days before the last day on which it must be complied with.

(2) The Children's Court or a Registrar may, on application by the party concerned, permit a subpoena to be served later than the time permitted by subsection (1). The later time must be endorsed on the subpoena by the Children's Court or Registrar.

(3) A subpoena may be served by delivering it personally to the person to whom it is addressed or in any other manner prescribed by the rules.
