HEAVY VEHICLE (FATIGUE MANAGEMENT) NATIONAL REGULATION (NSW) - REG 4

4 Interpretation provisions

(1) Terms used in this Regulation and Chapter 1 or 6 of the Law have the same meanings in this Regulation as they have in Chapter 1 or 6 of the Law.

(2) To avoid doubt, sections 244 to 248 of the Law applies when counting time in a period mentioned in the Tables in the Schedules.

Example--: A reference in column 1 of a Table in the Schedules to any period of a particular number of hours or days is a reference to that number of hours or days as determined by applying section 247 of the Law.
