"fixed security enhanced source" means a radioactive source located in a
device or container that, in the normal course of its use, is permanently
secured to a structure and intended to be immobile.
"mobile security enhanced source" means a radioactive source located in a
device or container that, in its normal course of use, is intended to be
capable of being moved in a limited way from place to place (such as a large
machine on wheels designed to be able to be repositioned by a person within a
room in a facility).
