PROTECTION FROM HARMFUL RADIATION REGULATION 2013 - REG 34

34 Disposal of radiation apparatus

A person must not dispose of radiation apparatus unless the apparatus has been rendered permanently inoperable.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for an individual--200 penalty units, or

(b) otherwise--400 penalty units.
