New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe occupier of any premises in or on which any regulated material, not specified in Part 4 of Schedule 3, is kept must ensure that a warning sign in or to the effect of the form set out in Schedule 6 (with colouring as indicated in the note to that Schedule) is conspicuously displayed in the immediate vicinity of the regulated material.
