(1) The Director-General must give the Minister a copy of each report under sections 68 (Review of activities by Director-General) and 75 (Reports of management audits).
(2) The Minister must give a copy of any such report to the Board, unless the Minister is satisfied that there are sufficient reasons for not doing so.
