GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 52

52 Government agencies to notify Authority of exercise of powers under this Part etc

A Government agency is required to inform the Authority of any proposal for a contract or arrangement between the agency and the operator of a public telecommunications network for the purpose of the exercise of the powers of the agency under this Part or of similar powers under any other Act.
