3 Interim rules of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal

The Administrative Decisions Tribunal (Interim) Rules 1998 set out in Schedule 1 apply as the rules of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal until rules of that Tribunal are made under section 90 of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 .
