- Made under the Architects Act 2003 - As at 1 September 2017 - Reg 424 of 2012

Repeal:

This Regulation was repealed by sec 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 No 146 with effect from 1.9.2017.

2015 No 15 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015. Assented to 29.6.2015.
Date of commencement of Sch 4, 1.8.2015, sec 2 (4).
2016 No 60 Regulatory and Other Legislation (Amendments and Repeals) Act 2016. Assented to 14.11.2016.
Date of commencement of cl 1 of Sch 3 to the extent that it repeals cl 15, 28.4.2017, sec 2 (2) and 2017 (159) LW 28.4.2017.
