6 Adoption of Model Provisions

(1) The Environmental Planning and Assessment Model Provisions 1980 , except for:

(a) the definitions of
"arterial road" and
"map" in clause 4 (1), and

(b) clauses 29 and 34,

are adopted for the purposes of this plan.
