14 Floor space ratios for non-residential development in a residential zone

(1) The maximum floor space ratio for non-residential development in a residential zone is 0.5:1.0 in the Residential "A" zone and 0.75:1.0 in the Residential "C" zone.

(2) In this clause,
"floor space ratio" , in relation to a building, means the ratio of the gross floor area of the building to the area of the site on which the building is, or is proposed to be, erected.
