ELECTRICITY SAFETY (CORROSION PROTECTION) REGULATION 1998 - REG 12A

12A Fees for examination or testing

(1) The Director-General may determine the fee payable for the examination or testing or examination and testing of a cathodic protection system under clause 12, including fees for periodic examinations or tests.

(2) The fee is payable by the holder of the approval for the cathodic protection system that is examined or tested.

(3) The Director-General may determine different fees for different classes of systems and different fees for different examinations or tests.

(4) The Director-General may, in any case, waive the whole or part of a fee.
