New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Director-General may from time to time approve guidelines in relation to the following:(a) the carrying out of an interference test,(b) the form in which the results of an interference test are to be presented,(c) the form of a certificate referred to in clause 7 (2) (a) or (b).
(2) A copy of the Ministry guidelines is to be available for inspection by members of the public, free of charge, and for purchase, at any office of the Ministry during its ordinary hours of business.
