Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive of an enforcement agency must report to the Chief Health Officer on the exercise of the enforcement agency's powers and performance of the enforcement agency's functions under this Act as required by the Chief Health Officer.
(2) The chief executive of an enforcement agency must report to the Chief Health Officer on any proceedings for an offence against this Act or the Regulations commenced by an authorised officer of the enforcement agency.
(3) A report under subsection (2) must be given to the Chief Health Officer within 30 days after the proceedings are finally determined.
