FOOD ACT 2004 - SECT 99

    (1)     The Chief Health Officer must prepare and maintain a list of approved analysts.

    (2)     The Chief Health Officer must:

        (a)     revise the list regularly; and

        (b)     make the list available for inspection by the public.
