Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, for the purposes of this Act, establish fire and emergency response groups.
(2) Where the Minister establishes a fire and emergency response group under subsection (1), the Minister must determine:
(a) the name of the fire and emergency response group; and
(b) the area in which the fire and emergency response group will operate.
