Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A member must not, without reasonable cause, publish or communicate a fact or document to any other person which comes to the knowledge or into the possession of the member in the course of his or her duties as a member and which the member has not been authorised to disclose.
(2) A person, after ceasing to be a member, must not publish or communicate a fact or document which, if the person had still been a member, the person would not have been entitled to disclose.
