FINES AND PENALTIES (RECOVERY) ACT 2001 - SECT 23

    (1)     A fine imposed by a court is to be paid within 28 days after it is imposed.

    (2)     A fine imposed by a court is to be paid to the Fines Recovery Unit unless the court otherwise directs.
