FINES AND PENALTIES (RECOVERY) ACT 2001 - SECT 66H

    (1)     A person commits an offence if:

        (a)     a motor vehicle is immobilised under this Division; and

        (b)     the person intentionally moves the vehicle.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units.

    (2)     Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a).

    (3)     It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse.
