Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe period of imprisonment for the purposes of a warrant under this Division is to be calculated on the basis of the relevant outstanding amount as follows:
(a) one day of imprisonment for each prescribed amount (or part of the prescribed amount) of the relevant outstanding amount;
(b) the period is not to be less than one day;
(c) the period is not to exceed 3 months.
