FINES AND PENALTIES (RECOVERY) ACT 2001 - SECT 93

If the Director considers it appropriate, the Fines Recovery Unit may cancel a warrant issued under this Division:

        (a)     on application by the fine defaulter; or

        (b)     on the Unit's own initiative.
