Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIf a fine defaulter has been committed into the custody of the Commissioner of Correctional Services by a warrant under this Division and the relevant outstanding amount (calculated in accordance with section 87) is paid, the fine defaulter is to be discharged from custody unless he or she is also committed to the custody of the Commissioner in respect of another matter.
