Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Fines Recovery Unit may write off an unpaid amount payable under an enforcement order in accordance with guidelines issued under section 114.
(2) An unpaid amount payable under an enforcement order that is written off is to be taken to have been paid for the purpose of cancelling enforcement action under this Act.
