Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The following orders and warrants under this Act may be transmitted electronically to the persons to whom they are given or directed:
(a) a notification to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles under Division 7;
(b) a property seizure order directed to a bailiff under Division 8;
(c) a community work order given to a bailiff for service under Division 9;
(d) a copy of a community work order sent to the Commissioner of Correctional Services;
(e) a warrant of commitment into the custody of the Commissioner of Correctional Services directed to a member of the Police Force or other officer under Division 10.
(2) For the purpose of executing an order or warrant that has been transmitted electronically, a bailiff or officer to whom the order or warrant is directed must cause a copy of the order or warrant to be converted into written form and endorsed in the manner required by the Regulations.
