Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA member of the Police Force who executes a warrant issued under section 117 or 118 may, in addition to seizing anything of a nature described in the warrant, seize any other thing:
(a) found in the course of executing the warrant; and
(b) that the member believes on reasonable grounds is connected with any offence.
