Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Division does not apply to the extent (if any) that it would infringe any constitutional doctrine of implied freedom of political communication.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the application of section 59 of the Interpretation Act 1978 to this Division.
