Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person shall not hinder or obstruct a member in the execution of his duty or aid or abet any other person to hinder or obstruct a member in the execution of his duty.
Maximum penalty: 8 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(2) A person who hinders or obstructs a police dog or police horse being used by a member in the execution of the member's duty is taken to hinder or obstruct the member.
