Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAn intensive community correction order may be made under this Subdivision to provide for an offender to serve a term of imprisonment in the community and, in doing so:
(a) ensure that a person who commits an offence is held accountable; and
(b) address the personal factors that contribute to the offender's criminal behaviour.
